LOT LOANS

Purchase up to 10 acres of vacant land at competitive prices to begin your homebuilding adventure. My lot loan allows for five years of time to finalize your dream plans, find your perfect contractor and start your home construction project.

HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT

With a Home Equity Line of Credit, you can access up to 90% of the value of your current home as determined by an appraisal these funds can be used for a down payment or the purchase of a lot. This allows you to access funds to build your new home while you are selling your current home.

INTEREST ONLY CONSTRUCTION LOAN

Found your perfect lot and ready to build?  During the construction phase, I can offer interest-only payments during construction. I offer the stability of an initial 10/1 adjustable rate mortgage. Conversion feature at the end of construction for as little as $300, with up to a 95% loan to value.
